I recently lost 40 pounds (and counting) on South Beach. Accodingly, my wardrobe is history. I’ve been able to salvage many of my shirts thanks to the tailors at BOSS and I’ve altered many belts myself with the exception of one particular Coach belt. The screws stripped on the buckle when I attempted to remove them so that I could trim the length. Long story short, I take it back (after two years of ownership mind you) and the girl says, “I’m sorry sir, we no longer sell this model but I’d be happy to give you store credit for anything else you’d like” No that’s my kind of shopping experience.
