Now that you’ve taken this monumental step, it is absolutely critical to learn the importance of self restraint. And, while this episode is somewhat an extension of part 3, I felt it was too important for the success of the venture not to be given it’s own place. Now that you’re the CEO, your EGO has got to GO. You no longer have the “luxury” of behaving irrationally. As the CEO you must lead by example and flying off the handle and screaming at employees, customers and the like won’t get you anywhere.
